mm: use "GUP-fast" instead "fast GUP" in remaining comments

mm: use "GUP-fast" instead "fast GUP" in remaining comments

Let's fixup the remaining comments to consistently call that thing
"GUP-fast".  With this change, we consistently call it "GUP-fast".
