Revert "roms: switch oldnoconfig to olddefconfig"

This reverts commit a5519b42cfd6c00e9f8b31c5aad7682e7a9f1181.

Breaks "make bios" in roms/ as the kconfig version in seabios doesn't
support olddefconfig.  Must have been be totally untested.
