RISC-V: Enable VIRTIO drivers in RV64 and RV32 defconfig

This patch enables more VIRTIO drivers (such as console, rpmsg, 9p,
rng, etc.) which are usable on KVM RISC-V Guest and Xvisor RISC-V
Guest.
