xtensa: includecheck fix: vectors.S

fix the following 'make includecheck' warnings:

  arch/xtensa/kernel/vectors.S: asm/processor.h is included more than once.
  arch/xtensa/kernel/vectors.S: asm/ptrace.h is included more than once.
