MIPS: Octeon: cavium_octeon_defconfig: Enable OCTEON SATA

Commit a2127e400edd ("libata: support AHCI on OCTEON platform") added a
driver for the OCTEON AHCI controller. Enable this driver in the OCTEON
defconfig.
