dt-bindings: arm-smmu: Fix SM8[45]50 GPU SMMU 'if' condition

The 'if' condition for the SM8[45]50 GPU SMMU is too large,
add the other compatible strings to the condition to only
allow the clocks for the GPU SMMU nodes.
