libbpf: Use memcpy instead of strncpy to please GCC

libbpf: Use memcpy instead of strncpy to please GCC

Some versions of GCC are really nit-picky about strncpy() use. Use memcpy(),
as they are pretty much equivalent for the case of fixed length strings.
