wifi: ath10k: Refer to INTX instead of LEGACY

To be consistent with the deprecation of PCI_IRQ_LEGACY and its
replacement with PCI_IRQ_INTX, rename macros and functions referencing
"legacy irq" to instead use the term "intx irq".
