ARM: dts: rockchip: Add marvell BT irq config

Veyron Jaq and Mighty both use the Marvel 8897 WiFi+BT chip. Add wakeup
and pinctrl block to devicetree so the btmrvl driver can correctly
configure the wakeup interrupt.
