drm/xe: Load HuC on Alderlake P

drm/xe: Load HuC on Alderlake P

Alderlake P uses TGL HuC and it was not added together with ADL-S,
because it was failing for unrelated reasons. Now that those are fixed,
allow it to load HuC.
