dt-bindings: pinctrl: rockchip,pinctrl: mark gpio sub nodes of pinctrl as deprecated

Mark gpio sub nodes of pinctrl as deprecated.
Gpio nodes are now placed in the root of the device tree.
The relation to pinctrl is now described with the
"gpio-ranges" property.
