ARM: mxs_defconfig: Remove unneeded options

Remove the following unneeded config options:

- CONFIG_ARM_THUMB is selected by default

- CONFIG_I2C is selected by default.

- CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE is selected by default
