Minor improvements in ARM DTS for v6.2, part two

Few cleanups which should not have any functional impact:
1. Trim addresses in "reg" to 8 digits.
2. Align LED node names with dtschema.
3. omap: echo: Use preferred enable-gpios property for LP5523 LED.
