ARM: dts: renesas: marzen: Move Ethernet node to LBSC

The SMSC LAN89218AQ Ethernet controller on the Marzen development board
resides in the external address space of the Local Bus State Controller
(LBSC).  Move the Ethernet device node to reflect this.
