kallsyms: Drop CONFIG_CFI_CLANG workarounds

With -fsanitize=kcfi, the compiler no longer renames static
functions with CONFIG_CFI_CLANG + ThinLTO. Drop the code that cleans
up the ThinLTO hash from the function names.
