powerpc/86xx: Update defconfig for GE Fanuc's PPC9A

General update of defconfig including the following notable changes:
 - Enable GPIO access via sysfs on GE Fanuc's PPC9A.
 - Enable Highmem support.
 - Support for PCMCIA based daughter card.
