Merge tag 'imx-defconfig-6.3' of git://git./linux/kernel/git/shawnguo/linux into soc/defconfig

i.MX defconfig change for 6.3:

- Drop PROVE_LOCKING option from imx_v6_v7_defconfig.
- Enable i.MX ICC and DEVFREQ driver as they are required by i.MX8MP
  boot.
