x86/callthunks: Correct calculation of dest address in is_callthunk()

x86/callthunks: Correct calculation of dest address in is_callthunk()

GCC didn't warn on the invalid use of relocation destination
pointer, so the calculated destination value was applied to
the uninitialized pointer location in error.
