Remove unreachable branches in 'rtl92ce_tx_fill_desc()',
'rtl92cu_tx_fill_desc()' and 'rtl8723e_tx_fill_desc()'.
Compile tested only.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.
