hw/intc: Check @errp to handle the error of IOAPICCommonClass.realize()

IOAPICCommonClass implements its own private realize(), and this private
realize() allows error.

Since IOAPICCommonClass.realize() returns void, to check the error,
dereference @errp with ERRP_GUARD().
