Bluetooth: btusb: support 0cb5:c547 Realtek 8822CE device

Some Xiaomi RedmiBook laptop models use the 0cb5:c547 USB identifier
for their Bluetooth device, so load the appropriate firmware for
Realtek 8822CE.
