Pull gpio fixes from Bartosz Golaszewski:

 - fix a procfs failure when requesting an interrupt with a label
   containing the '/' character

 - add missing stubs for GPIO lookup functions for !GPIOLIB

 - fix debug messages that would print "(null)" for NULL strings
