perf tests lib probe: Fix shellcheck warning about about missing shebang

Running shellcheck on probe.sh throws below warning:

In lib/probe.sh line 1:
^-- SC2148 (error): Tips depend on target shell and yours is unknown. Add a shebang or a 'shell' directive.

Fixed the warnings by adding shell directive.
