Merge branch 'for-joerg/arm-smmu/bindings' into for-joerg/arm-smmu/updates

SMMUv2 DT binding additions, including a generic Qualcomm compatible
string ("qcom,smmu-500") which will hopefully spell the end for
pointless SoC-specific additions in future.
