hw/block/fdc: Add description to floppy controllers

Change the '-device help' output from:

  Storage devices:
  name "floppy", bus floppy-bus, desc "virtual floppy drive"
  name "isa-fdc", bus ISA

to:

  Storage devices:
  name "floppy", bus floppy-bus, desc "virtual floppy drive"
  name "isa-fdc", bus ISA, desc "virtual floppy controller"
