bsd-user/freebsd/target_os_ucontext.h: Require TARGET_*CONTEXT_SIZE

Now that all architecutres define TARGET_[MU]CONTEXT_SIZE, enforce
requiring them and always check the sizeof target_{u,m}context_t
sizes.
