sched/headers: ARM needs asm/paravirt_api_clock.h too
Add <asm/paravirt_api_clock.h> for arch/arm/, mapped to <asm/paravirt.h>,
to simplify #ifdeffery in generic code.
Fixes this build error introduced by the scheduler tree:
