Subject: [PATCH] PCI: hotplug: Remove obsolete sgi_hotplug TODO notes

Commit c7532b601e77 ("PCI/hotplug: remove the sgi_hotplug driver") deleted
the driver.

Remove the remaining TODO notes as well.
